Spiral Wound Gaskets have the ability to recover under the action of fluctuating loads caused by process fluid pressure and temperature changes, flange face temperature variations, flange rotation, bolt stress relaxation and creep.

Standard sizes available from ½” to 60”
Pressure Class: LBS 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500 & 2500

Tested for Shell MESC SPE – 85/300 (Type Acceptance Test) that comprise of:

  • Fugitive Emissions Test
  • Fire Test according to API 6FB
  • Compression Test
  • Relaxation Test
  • Leakage test according to EN
  • HOTT (Hot Operational Tightness Test – Shell Cycle Test)
