CNAF SHEETS & CUT GASKETS

BS 7531 Grade - X

Applications                : General purpose material with excellent Chemical resistance and mechanical properties. Suitable for use with air, steam, oil, fuel and gases for high media resistance and high stress conditions.

Composition                : Made from Glass Fiber with NBR binders

Thickness                    : 0.25 to 6.0mm

Max. Peak Temp          : 440°C

Max. Continuous Temp                : 350°C

Max. Operating Pressure            : 150 bar

BS 7531 Grade - Y

Applications                : Suitable for oil resistant gasket material for medium to higher loading, good resistance to water gases, oils and fuels. A standard sealing material used in compressors, pipelines, apparatus, transmission, gas meters and internal combustion engines.

Composition                                  : Made from Aramid Fiber, mineral fiber      & inorganic fillers bonded with Synthetic NBR binders

Thickness                                    : 0.25 to 6.0mm

Max. Peak Temp                          : 400°C

Max. Continuous Temp                : 250°C

Max. Operating Pressure             : 150 bar

 

Specification Compliance : BS 7531 Grade X
